"This review is long overdue but I am so happy to talk about how wonderful Debbie is and how much she helped us as we searched for our first home (in the midst of COVID, no less!). My wife and I knew shopping for a home wasn’t going to be easy during the lockdown, so our first task was to find someone familiar with Culver City and the surrounding area as we needed to find a home that would work with both of our commutes. Debbie worked with us to understand what we were looking for and set us up to receive daily listings that fit our criteria. When we found one that we were interested in, Debbie would reach out to the sellers to get us in to see the house first thing, coordinating all the documentation (Covid statements and pre-approvals) that sellers were requiring at the time to even tour the properties. While on-site, Debbie was discreet but attentive, checking in periodically to see how we felt about a house and giving us her thoughts, always keeping in mind what was important to us. She always had a great rapport with the sellers’ agents and even before we started putting in offers, my wife and I felt confident in her ability to be a friendly, but persistent negotiator on our behalf. Debbie proved to be that and more, and she showed us what a truly great negotiator and “closer” she is! Debbie set up all appointments, coordinated all conversations with seller's agents to address any questions or concerns, and gave us valuable market insight during negotiations. Once we were in escrow, she handled all the inspections, forms, communications, and other logistics, guiding us first-time homebuyers through the complicated process and taking the time to explain each step and answer all our questions.
